“Kudos to the Use My Frame operation! I started ordering online while the site was undergoing some updates and had some questions. I took advantage of the immediate live online chat option and received extremely friendly, clear, and patient assistance with completing my order. I sent my 13-year-old favorite NIKE Titanium frames off to Illinois and they came back with my updated new prescription lenses the next week! (And the frame was "Tuned Up with a new nose-pad and new covers for the old worn bits that go over the ears!) The shop where I purchased another set of glasses refused to upgrade this older perfectly serviceable frame so I saved the hundreds of dollars it would have cost me if I had purchased the equivalent frame again! Thank you!!!”
