3 Weeks getting order, couldn't fulfill 1.74 lens request and right lens fell out of frame upon first time cleaning.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear this order didn’t meet expectations — that’s never what we want for our customers.
Both frames in your order were semi-rimless, and occasionally the nylon cord that holds the lens in place can loosen or stretch over time. When that happens, a lens may shift or fall out, but it’s a quick fix on our end.
We’d be happy to take care of this for you at no charge. If you’d like, we can email a prepaid return label so we can tighten or replace the cord, reinstall the lenses securely, and ship your glasses right back to you.

The frame and size seem very small for my head. I am 6 foot 1 and a 190 pounds. What's even worse is the length of the arms at my temples is so short that the hook's pull really tight on my ears
The lenses compared to the ones I just got at Berkeley. Are almost twice as thick, very thick to me. And I did not pay for special thin lenses at Berkeley. They were the standard plastic ones.
So grateful to have found this business. Now I can keep my favorite frames without paying an arm and leg at Target.
My glasses were done correctly and quickly. I love it and I will always use USE MY FRAME for all my prescription needs
