Made accurately, and checked before it ships

Your prescription is entered and verified against what your doctor wrote before anything is cut. We surface the lenses to your exact power, set the optical centers to your measurements, and edge them to fit that specific frame. Before your glasses go in the box, they're read back against your original Rx one more time — power, axis, and centration. A safety frame only protects you if you can see clearly through it, so we'd rather catch a problem here than have you find it on the job.

About a week

Most orders take roughly one week from the day we receive your prescription to the day they ship. Stronger prescriptions, bifocals, and progressives can add a few days — if yours will take longer, we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing.

One-year, no-questions-asked warranty

If anything goes wrong in the first year, send them back. You don't need to explain what happened and we won't ask — just return the glasses and cover the shipping, and we'll take care of the rest.

A note on the "P" and "R" models

A P after the model number means the side shields are permanently attached — built or riveted into the frame so they can't be removed or lost, and the frame stays compliant every time it's worn. An R means the side shields are mounted and can be taken off.
