Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after we receive your frame and prescription. Custom lenses (including specialty coatings, photochromic lenses, and high-prescription work) may take additional time to complete.
We will always email you with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.) – 4–7 business days once shipped

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.) – 1–3 business days once shipped

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. Any applicable duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your UseMyFrame.com account.

Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated timelines, delays can occur due to supply chain issues, carrier delays, or high order volumes. We will notify you promptly if your order is expected to take longer than normal.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with a replacement or claim with the carrier.
