No communication, request for review before I receive lenses

I have had no communication from UseMyFrame on my lense order. I was told that I could use Shopify to track. There was no information on when the order would be completed and shipped. I had to reach out to support to find out when the lenses would be made and shipped. Then I receive an email request to provide feedback on my lenses - before they have arrived. Poor.

Horrible Experience

I paid upfront. Lenses didn’t fit. And now I have to pay for shipping to return the lenses and a 25% restocking fee, in order to get a partial refund? NEVER AGAIN.
