Beyond 5-Star Service

I just want to say how pleased I was with Neil and him going above and beyond to ensure my Meta Xtractive fit my glasses and got to me on time before a trip internationally. They are turned around was one of the fastest and Neil was kind and patient enough to answer all my questions before I made the purchase. It’s businesses and people like these that are the heart and spirit of America. God Bless you!

Transition Lenses

I had purchased the transition lenses for my Gen 2 Meta Glasses and they fit perfectly! I was scared at first to take off the previous lenses, but it was easy. I am very pleased!

That first lens swap can definitely make your heart race a little — but once you do it, it’s not bad at all. I’m really glad everything fit perfectly and you’re happy with them.

Enjoy the transitions!

Blessings,
Neil

Didn’t Fit at First, But Excellent Support

The lenses I initially received did not fit my Gen 1 Meta glasses. Customer service took a while to respond, but once they got in touch, they were very helpful in sending me Gen 1 lenses, which fit perfectly. I really appreciate the effort to correct the mistake.

LENS DONT FIT

Order Lens and had issues with UPS. UPS couldn't find the package and told me to contact the business. Package was in town and then somehow I get an update that it was shipping again from Illinois . I get the package almost 2.5 weeks later and the lens do not fit. Aside from this dealing with support is frustrating . No phone number but just emails back and forth .they take a day to respond per email which is extremely annoying and at no point did I get updated of the package was lost or resent. Communication awful and product did not come in as described . I may have to wait a whole month to settle this correctly. Annoyed

Hi Emmanuel — thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. I do want to clarify a few important points and share what we’ve since uncovered, because this is actively being resolved.

First, regarding shipping:
UPS did experience a routing delay with your package. While it was understandably frustrating to see it pause and reroute, the shipment was never lost — it remained active in UPS’s system and ultimately delivered. Unfortunately, during carrier delays like this, we’re limited to the same tracking information customers see, but we continued monitoring it until delivery.

Second — and most importantly — regarding the lens fit:
After reviewing your order and the photos you sent, we discovered the issue was not a manufacturing error, but a frame-generation mismatch. Your frames are from the earlier Ray-Ban Stories generation, which uses a slightly smaller lens cut than the newer Meta Gen 2 models. While they look nearly identical, the lens shapes are not interchangeable — and that difference is enough to cause the exact fit issue you experienced.

Once we identified this, we immediately moved to remake the lenses for the correct frame version and get this corrected as quickly as possible.

As for communication:
We do primarily support customers via email so everything is documented and nothing gets missed, but we absolutely understand how delays — especially when paired with shipping issues — can feel overwhelming. That’s on us, and we’re working with you directly now to make this right.

We appreciate your patience while we finish correcting this, and we’re committed to getting you lenses that fit properly and perform exactly as intended.
