Recently placed and received my second order. I have now had four pairs of prescription lenses added to my favorite, Made in the USA, “guaranteed for life" Randolph Engineering frames, basically four new glasses with high end frames for the price of one new, quality pair of glasses! Walmart Vision couldn’t do it, Warby Parker wouldn’t do it! rather than end up with some very low-quality frames and marginal lenses, the UseMyFrame option gave me a much better outcome for a fraction of the price.
Fourth time getting lenses from usemyframe. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The gold standard of customer service.
The lenses themselves, I haven't actually received them yet, but ordering was easy, and they promptly mailed me the box, created and mailed the lenses within a week, outstanding.
The bad, I got flooded with emails, third party review sites to join. I slammed that unsubscribe button three times to stop the marketing emails. They sent more, I repeated the unsubscribe, they sent more. I sent a whiny email directly to the company, and was told to hit the unsubscribe button. I then got another email, and sent another email to the company, who told me these things take time.
I thought it was all sorted, and now, I get another stupid marketing email asking me to leave a review, before the frickin product even arrived. You want to pester me, this is the review you get. I am seriously tired of companies not taking my privacy and information seriously.
Pleased with the product
It was a good buy.. glasses prescription was good.. although the frames needed a litte adjustment to get them perfect! I will use this service again.
