Had to send back for lens corrections, top edge of replacement lenses is blurry, however as executive bifocal lenses these are nicely tinted and the reader magnification is clear.

I originally placed an order for 2 pair of glasses to have one prescription placed in both with one set of lenses clear and the second set of lenses dark in color. This request did not occur.
I recently sent in two frames to have new prescription lenses installed, and overall the experience started off great. One pair came out perfectly and looks excellent.
Unfortunately, the other pair had an issue where one lens appears to be slightly too large for the frame, leaving a noticeable gap where the two halves of the rim meet, which also creates stress around the screw area. I reached out about the problem and was told they would look into it.
However, it has now been about 12 days and, after three follow-up emails, I still have not received any update regarding the issue. While I was initially very happy with the service and lens quality, the lack of communication afterward has been disappointing.

We’re glad one pair came out perfectly, but we definitely understand your concern regarding the fitment on the second pair and especially the delay in communication afterward. We’ve already reached out and offered a prepaid return label so we can make a minor adjustment to improve the fit. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

The quality is excellent and they were completed and returned to me within two weeks. I am quite satisfied with the workmanship and the cost.
