Prescription Lenses

I mailed my frames in with my prescription, selected which options available I preferred and included instructions to make the lense circular in shape (having a diameter of the lens' width at all angles). I also emailed UMF to make sure they understood the request. They ignored my instructions and my email... Even after exchanging emails about a shade not available for my order and a phone call discussing shipping arrangements. My frames where returned in great condition and quality. Besides my specific request being ignored completely, service was responsive. The experience demonstrates that requests made beyond the radial buttons available on the website are ignored.

Prescription Lenses

I had new progressive lenses replaced in my current Warby Parker frames that fit me perfectly & are less than 2 years old but of course discontinued. They came back perfectly made- no issues at all. This was my first time using an online lens replacement service. I’m so glad I found Use My Frames and gave them a try. I’ll definitely use them again! Thanks for a job well done!!

Although my frames took longer than advertised, I realize that my prescription and everything I wanted is more complicated than a usual prescription. This is my second pair of glasses from them and I love them both! I highly recommend usemyframes.com
