Prescription Lenses

I was recommended to try UseMyFrame and decided to give them a chance. They seemed like a smaller company, which I thought would be a plus compared to big corporations. Unfortunately, I was very wrong.
I placed my order on June 26, 2025 and shipped out my frames on June 27. UPS tracking shows they were delivered on July 2, and on July 3 I even received an email from UseMyFrame about “earning points.” I expected some sort of update after that, but heard nothing.
I called (no one answers), so I emailed on July 12 asking for an update. They replied claiming they had “just received” my frames that week—which directly contradicted UPS tracking. I let it go, assuming things would move along soon. Still nothing.
On July 22, I emailed again asking them to either cancel my order or send my lenses already. They responded with excuses, and finally my order arrived on August 8—well over a month after they had my frames. If I had known it would take this long, I never would have chosen this service.
To make matters worse, I wasn’t even sure I had chosen the correct option for my frames. I realized later I was charged an additional $20 for a “non-wraparound” type, so I emailed them for clarification. They ignored me.
When I finally got the lenses, one is so thick that it looks awful and unwearable. I can’t even use them—they make me look ridiculous. I wish someone from their team had taken the time to verify my order or at least communicate with me before making lenses that don’t work for me.
At this point, I’ve wasted both my money and my time. I will be filing a dispute and will update this review with the outcome.

One pair was a redo , but they are perfect now. The 2nd pair is fantastic. I have tried both pair this weekend and they are excellent. I am very satisfied with the way they came out . Thank you again. I have been recommending your site to my friends .

I absolutely love my glasses. It took longer than anticipated but once i got them, they were perfect.

Honestly - I’ve been wearing glasses for 20+ years - and ‘on a lark’ bought a pair of frames that I liked - and paired it with the Zeiss lenses that Use My Frame offers - and this will sound like a clique but - ‘They haven’t left my head (other than to sleep) since I bought them.’ So congrats to Neil and everyone at Use My Frame … WOW … Thank You!!!

I was in need of new lenses but didn’t want to pay nearly $300. Usemyframes did an amazing quick job at nearly half the price of other companies. I will be a repeat customer and will tell friends and family about the service provided!
