Prescription Lenses

I recently sent in two frames to have new prescription lenses installed, and overall the experience started off great. One pair came out perfectly and looks excellent.

Unfortunately, the other pair had an issue where one lens appears to be slightly too large for the frame, leaving a noticeable gap where the two halves of the rim meet, which also creates stress around the screw area. I reached out about the problem and was told they would look into it.

However, it has now been about 12 days and, after three follow-up emails, I still have not received any update regarding the issue. While I was initially very happy with the service and lens quality, the lack of communication afterward has been disappointing.

The quality is excellent and they were completed and returned to me within two weeks. I am quite satisfied with the workmanship and the cost.

I sent in two frames for new lenses. The company did a super job of changing the lenses from single vision to progressive. I was worried about the eye spacing measurements that opticians make at the store but UseMyFrames simply used the spacing inside the previous lenses and they did a great job! The cost is amazing!!!! The communication was wonderful. I made one call with a question and they called back and answered quickly. The only issue is with transition from clear to sun. They work fantastic but there are a few spots that appear on the outside. I cannot tell by wearing them but they can be seen by someone looking at me. To me, it is not a big deal but I wanted to let others know. Overall, a great experience.

This is the second time I’ve used Use My Frame. Both times I’ve had great results! I’ll be using them again in the future I’m sure!!
