My frames arrived at their facility on 5/4, but when I inquired, they didn’t find them till 4/6. They finally shipped them back on 4/5. They’re glass lenses, but 30 days seems too long. It seemed that no action would be taken until I inquired about the progress. I paid for frame tuning, but the hinge screws were loose and there was gunk on the hinges. The lenses and prescription are perfect. I’m going to try someone else next time.

Don’t always get it right the first time
Had to send back for lens corrections, top edge of replacement lenses is blurry, however as executive bifocal lenses these are nicely tinted and the reader magnification is clear.

Very disappointed that my request for two pair of glasses was not completed correctly
I originally placed an order for 2 pair of glasses to have one prescription placed in both with one set of lenses clear and the second set of lenses dark in color. This request did not occur.
