Quality Service Lacks Attention to Detail
Most specifications were fulfilled well. The website suggests herald can be placed with glass, however a rep emailed and said only green was available. The lens looks black with only a minute tint of green if you look closely. Also, I asked for circular lens and that request was ignored.

So happy I found Use My Frames!
I had new progressive lenses replaced in my current Warby Parker frames that fit me perfectly & are less than 2 years old but of course discontinued. They came back perfectly made- no issues at all.
