They are the real deal. It would have been nice to receive a confirmation email that they received my frames. When I emailed him, he didn't reply. It made me nervous to send them off and not receive a confirmation. But my glasses came back with well made rx lenses in the time he estimated. He reused the shipping box which was smart.

I like the order page. Response was good. Time for completion was good. Small company and not able to answer their phone but do return messages promptly. A little slow with chat responses.

The customer service is really great. I reached out at random to try to get my severely miopic (-25) prescription filled. I tried so many other websites but was left disappointed as they couldn't accommodate me. After reaching in out someone returned my message within a few hours and I was able to complete my order on their website easily. There were a wide range of frames and lens types to select from. The process was very smooth and updates were sent regularly. I received my glasses and I am very satisfied with the results. Keep up the great service!
