The team at usemyframes is amazing. I thought they hadn’t gotten back to me but turns out their email went to my spam. I was extremely frustrated and upset because my son’s glasses weren’t working out. Upon further investigating and measuring with the help of Neil, we were able to confirm our prescription and measurements were correct. They have a pretty cool and fast app to measure proper distances. Our son just needed TIME to adjust to his new Rx. This was new to me but the team was kind and explained it was a process. I’m thankful for their kindness and knowledge. I will only shop here for frames and prescription lenses. Big thank you to Neil.
