Frames are fine, lenses are not, and customer service is terrible

The frames are fine, but I have issues with the lenses causing me headaches. I've sent several emails and left several voicemails over the past month in an attempt to resolve the problem, but have not received a single response. This experience has been awful. I feel like I have been ripped off and am very angry. I do no reccomend using this company.
